This is the NRA Refuse To Be A Victim instructor development workshop. This class allows you to teach the RTBV seminar.

NRA RTBV is an Instructor certification, prerequisite are:

• NRA Refuse To Be A Victim seminar, being offered on 5/5 9pm cost $25.

• NRA B.I.T. (Basic Instructor Training) within 2-years, being offered 5/3 $100.
