Arizona is a multi-State permit. Cost is $60 5-years, renewals are $43 every 5-years.

This permit allows you to carry in all the same State as Utah, with the addition of New Mexico. The Arizona permit is not valid in the State of Washington.

Most Oregon residents would rather have a Utah permit, because it give the Oregon resident the cheapest way to carry in Washington, and it is only $25 to renewal the Utah permit every 5-years.

For Washington residents, the Arizona permit gives you one more State (New Mexico), then the Utah permit. If New Mexico is important to you, then you want the Arizona permit. If New Mexico is Not important to you, Utah’s permit is cheaper.
